An immersive audio/visual experience, staged in a Brooklyn performance space over several weeks, called for an electrifying score and soundscape to guide viewers through the emotional arch of the light installation.

A New York theatre company designed an immersive mobile-app sound walk for New York’s Prospect Park, which receives foot traffic from 8-10 million visitors annually. The app, which cued specific sites with dramatic dialogue, needed an ethereal and haunting musical score and sound design to bring the story to life and maintain momentum. According to one reviewer, “Of standout note is the work of [the] composer… whose original music and sound design are key elements in establishing the transporting quality… Alternately calming and tense, his score/soundscape significantly enhances the disorienting reality of the work’s world. Indeed, [his] contribution supports my view that sonic textures are hugely important… aspects in the creation of immersive theatrical experiences” (Interludes).


In preparation for the launch of a new concert series, a New York-based symphonic collective required a brand-aligned symphonic score and trailer that could set the tone for its performances, generate viewer interest, and increase click-through rates.


To grow its customer base, a boutique leather company used Ethosonify’s services to develop a dynamic trailer and score that would invite prospective buyers into its shop so that future customers could meet their team and observe the production process.
